★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WENT THERE AS WALK IN. THERE ARE HARDLY 3 TO 4 CHAIRS IN A SMALL ROOM. I WAS REFUSED ONE EMPTY CHAIR. FIRST RECEPTIONIST SAID ABOUT 1 HR TO YOUR TURN. AFTER 40 MINUTES WHEN ASKED SHE SAID MORE THAN 1 AND HALF HR MORE. I AM ALMOST 70 YEARS AND WAS FASTING FOR 14HRS. FINALLY SHE SAID :GO TO HOSPITAL AND GT IT DONE .SO I WENT TO HOSPITAL NEXT DAY AND GOT MY TESTS. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. DYNALIFE MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE VERY SERIOUS NOTE OF THE SITUATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!! if you do and it's busy, they take every walk in that came before your appointment and still make you wait. What is the point of making an appointment if you are basically putting them down as a walk in at their appointment time?? Save yourself some time and go downtown. They actually know what the word appointment means and you're in and out at your appointment time! Also, the people here are mean... they're always having a bad day.... just don't go here it's not a good idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly understaffed it seems; not their fault. We need more of these clinics in town. Very pregnant and this is the last place I want to be waiting, especially when I have an appointment. Adding - what's the point of booking an appointment when you're taking walk-in before appointments?! Not happy about that. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in service was super fast. Limited seats inside due to covid so they let you wait in your car but still fast. Super friendly staff and they all show teamwork.
Overall it was great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have to wait long. The lady who took my blood is so good at her job. Had her a couple times now. Painless, quick and a steady hand. My results were in the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 6 months pregnant and had gastinal diabetes test. They put me on wait without giving me the first drink. At least they could have given me the drink so I could have waited for an hour to get the blood test done after.
The point is; it's hard to stay on empty stomach in the morning while you are pregnant. They should at least take care of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always another AHS understaffed physicality. Been going her for a good couple years now whenever I need bloodwork and unfortunately it's always a 1-2Hr wait. Best chance if you want to come in and be seen decently fast is to come 30mins before opening and stand at the front door with the other 20 people. Appointments are usually delayed by 30-1hr as well.
