★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service hands down. Multiple promises. Nothing followed through with. Just excuses.
Some of the worst customer service i have ever seen in the industry. I would suggest any other company.
Also after asking to speak to a owner. Not even a response.
The company has zero organization. Ignorant staff inside. And zero knowledge of product and service.
We had a 10k order pending. They made us. And the compant look awful to the client.
We will not be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend them. We purchased a bio-mulcher for 60k believing them that they had tested it properly before marketing it. It was obvious that there was not adequate R&D for the intended purpose. It was not built properly and they abandoned the product altogether. They left us hanging with no desire to make things right.
