★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a horrible experience with Durango Developments. We started our renovation last November and are still recovering from poor craftsmanship and multiple mistakes almost a year later. There was zero communication and zero accountability.
In reply your response, we're very surprised that you aren't aware of our displeasure with this project since we made it clear through a number of different ways. In regards to deficiencies on our project, we want to be clear that there were specific issues with our kitchen, the projects timeline, communication, tile, and cabinets which were all presented to you. As a result, in our last correspondence we re-stated all the issues and withheld the amount that the labour and repairs have taken. We want to portray an accurate account.

Jane and her team created just what we we’re looking for. They were very professional. Very considerate of time and keeping the mess down to a minimum, always cleaning up at the end of the day. Would highly recommend Jane and her team.

Renovations are normally stressful, but working with Jane was a pleasant change. She kept us informed of every detail, made great suggestions, and the quality of her work was outstanding, as was the work of her sub-trades. We would use her again without hesitation and have given her name to our friends and family.
