★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom paid Rosemary for 4 mugs 6 months ago and has still not gotten them. My mom has called her many many times and no one picks up. I am sure you could call her back during the day, maybe even drop them off since its been so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two tumblers from Rosemary back in December as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. When I went to go pick them up, I was told one was cracked and they were two different sizes. I was promised a new tumbler and still haven’t received it. I have sent multiple emails and phones calls and have not received a response. The tumblers are quite nice however I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Waiting 6 months for a replacement tumbler that I was promised is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my girlfriend attended the 2 hour ‘Connect with Clay’ class and were very pleased with our experience. Rosemary was very informative, friendly and welcoming along with the other ladies in the studio. We were able to learn some of the basics of pottery in a relaxed environment. They also have a lot of local/sustainable products for sale (honey, beeswax candles, glass, pottery, tea, and more). Thank you for a great experience and I would highly recommend visiting
