D	David Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been a little bit apprehensive about trying acupuncture because I am not all that fond of needles, and so my assumption was that it would hurt. I was at a point where sciatica was making it painful to walk, to lay in bed, or to do much of anything without increasingly strong painkillers. I stumbled on Beverly's practice in Duncan and I asked about the process, she told me that, along with other things, she uses a laser for treatments and that it penetrates deeper than needles, so I have so far managed to avoid getting stuck with them. She also explained the various different techniques in use and why they are effective, and suggested other things to complement the treatment such as dietary supplements and stretching exercises. I have been four times so far, with a fifth session booked in two weeks. The pain is going away. Beverly's holistic approach to treatment has proven to be more effective than anything else I have tried and I have left every appointment feeling extremely relaxed and more comfortable. I recommend that anyone with the opportunity to use this service for treatment of pain, or stress, or any other condition advertised, do so and feel better faster.

I could barely walk, even short distances with a cane. I barely managed at home, unable to do regular everyday chores. I tried several different sources of treatment....to no avail. Pain medications were useless. I was about ready to give up when a friend recommended Duncan Modern Acupuncture. I decided to give it a try. Since starting treatments, the herniated disc has receded. My pain level is considerably reduced and I am able to walk short distances without the aid of a cane. I am also able to do a lot of household chores that I could not do before. I am truly thankful for the caring, compassionate, knowledgeable care that I receive at Duncan Modern Acupuncture . My quality of life has greatly improved. I highly recommend giving it a try.
