★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted Mr Duncan on a legal matter that involved my company and another party. After having 2 meetings regarding my legal issues that took about 35 to 40 minutes each and an e-mail that was sent to the other party Duncan Limited sent me a bill of $19000 dollars. Now I'm pretty sure Mr Duncan company is very good in real estate issues or very standard issues but he and he's partners are horrible lawyers and very expensive. Even the e-mail that was sent did not eve got a response from the other party. I wish Mr Duncan and he's partners my experience with them and with my previous issues
