E	Ed Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here sucked, especially compared to two other Dulux stores I have been to. Soured my taste in the whole company, no longer my goto paint store. This is the only Dulux store that does stain matching so I had to make a special trip across town. I was told at other stores it takes a couple of days as the samples need to dry. I was politely told to "F" off, "It will take at least two weeks to do some samples." You spoke I listened. Bye
M	Michael Sangster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service from Charlene today. I went to this location because it was closer then driving to the other Dulux on Nairn. She clearly was having a bad day and decided to take her aggression out on customers. I won’t be going back to this store. Management, if you’re reading this, you should perhaps do a secret shopper on your daytime employee. Charlene needs some re-training.

Next times we go, appears to be the owner serving us and he is not friendly at all. Didn't bother wiping off the paint on the top and side which lead to my wife ruining her pants with paint stains when can rubbed her leg. Going to the Nairn Dulux from now on.
