Duke Sewer Service

This review comes from a very satisfied tenant of a rental-property (not the owner of the affected property):After experiencing a sewer blockage which was causing water to accumulate in the basement of the property, our Property Management co. dispatched Duke Sewer Service. Matt, from Duke, telephoned me very promptly after I initiated the dispatch, and arranged to have a service-person attend within 2-hours of the discovery and reporting of the problem. Unfortunately, the service-person scheduled at that time was experiencing injury, resulting in Matt rescheduling for first-thing the next morning. Shortly after ending the conversation with Matt - not more than 10 minutes passed - Matt telephoned anew to ask if it would be alright for him to dispatch an alternate service-person for the originally set appointment. Of course this was a very pleasant surprise, and as promised, the alternate service-person arrived on time (I think he was even a few minutes earlier than expected, actually), completed the necessary services quickly, cleanly, and as quietly as the work allowed for. Gage (the service-person) was exceptionally friendly, talented and experienced, and notably professional.I hope no one has emergencies which require Duke Sewer Service, but if you do have need of professional, effective and efficient plumbing services, especially sewer-related, Duke showed me what top-shelf quality service looks like, and set my standards to a new high, and I have every confidence that your expectations will be exceeded too.... I nearly neglected to indicate that this all occurred outside of normal-business-hours/after-hours! (the icing, as it were)
