What started out as a professional service with good advice have now turn into single line dismissals.
Duffin is not helpful when asked what documentation to bring for tax purposes.
And generally the whole experience and tone of communication is a rush to get you paying and out the door as soon as possible.
This feedback was brought up to them prior to this review but was met with more bad manners and unprofessional-ism.
My advice: find yourself a better accountant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first year filing my taxes in BC, I have lived in Ontario my whole life prior to this. I had lots of questions and Brenda answered all of my questions. I am the type of customer who likes to be educated along the way, and Brenda was happy to educate. On top of this, she got my spouse and I great returns in a timely fashion. Her pricing is very reasonable, and considering I dropped my documents off with only a week left until the deadline... I was extremely happy with the service and price. Highly recommend them to anyone!
