Overpriced drop off laundry service. I travel all over Canada and use dozens of laundrymats, by far the most expensive.

Amazing experience here! Sent many things to get dry cleaned including specialty items and they were back within a couple of days! Very happy with the service as well. Very friendly and professional :)

I'm am having a horrible experience which is still not resolved......I dropped off a purse that I purchased in Italy...I was really just being lazy as it was brand new less than two weeks old but I got a small centimeter size of pen mark on it.....thought what the heck I'm busy let's take it to the cleaners...the girl was definitely nice but had no idea how much it would be....it had to be sent away to get quote....I said no worries...let me know when you find out...it can't possibly be very much....the purse is as small as my hand barely can for a wallet in it....I paid 12.00 for the purse.......called and called several times.wondering what was taking so long.....the purse at first was lost and couldn't find it....after finding it I was told us on its way back....finally after three months I get a call from the same girl said your purse is ready I said oh my so how much is it?..she said 105.00 . If you can only imagine I was furious...she said because of took so long I will reduce it to 80.00 I said is this on bloopers is this a joke are you kidding me??? For the past two weeks I've spoken with another employee who was very nice gave me owners number to discuss this....called now twice left detailed messages with no respond as of yet.....the owner Don Miller was told to expect my call as I wanted to figure this out.....through the employee I've already been told Don was very clear worth me saying they're is a standard charge on leather which is 78.00. Of course I said that was never told to me...why on earth would anyone in their right mind spend 78.00 on a small pen mark on an item that cost 12.00?? My whole house is fill of leather I could have cleaned it at home.... like I said at the beginning of this I was being lazy!!!!!!!! I am also a business owner of three businesses in this small community and if this isn't resolved soon I will be putting the word out more viciously.....word of mouth makes or breaks small businesses

First time using this drycleaners as we are new to this town. The lady who served me was cheerful and very helpful. I left a suit for my husband and some of my favorite silk blouses. They had them finished in a few days and they even had my husbands pants hem fixed. Great service and quality we will definitely be repeat customers.

Both Christine and Stephanie are welcoming, cheerful and are a fabulous customer facing representative of Drycleaning by Dave. The actual drycleaning seems very good, and often they repair minor things like lose buttons, all while returning anything I mistakenly left in a pocket! I have one minor suggestion, not a complaint, just that wish they would go back to the throw away cuff links they used to use when a French cuff was submitted for cleaning, now the cuff pressed long, without the french cuff folded
