Je n'ai pas encore essayé les système de retour et d'emprunt automatisés, mais ils semblent être un atout supstentiel pour la bibliothèque. Ils rendent les emprunts et retours plus rapide et libèrent les employés afin qu'ils puissent faire plus d'aide à la recherche. En parlant du service, il est tout aussi courtois et agréable qu'à l'encienne emplacement. Super nice library, very modern! I haven't tried automated return and borrowing systems yet, but they seem to be a great asset to the library. They make borrowing and returning faster and free up employees so they can do more research help. Speaking of service, it is just as courteous and pleasant as the old location.

L'espace est lumineux, vaste, très agréable et il vous faudra certainement plusieurs visites pour découvrir toutes les salles, et tous les aménagements particuliers. Les équipements sont résolument modernes, ce qui nous permet une grande autonomie. C'est un vrai plaisir de se rendre à la nouvelle bibliothèque. The reception is excellent, the employees respond quickly and efficiently. The space is bright, large, very pleasant and you will certainly need several visits to discover all the rooms, and all the special arrangements. The equipment is resolutely modern, which allows us great autonomy. It is a real pleasure to visit the new library.

Les gens on aucun respect, ça parle fort, ça crie et les agents de sécurité font rien ni les employés… quand j’y suis aller cette semaines, des ados étaient en train de jouer à un jeu en ligne en gang et ça criait comme des perdu et personnes ne les a inquiété.. je suis partie bien vite car je n’arrivais pas à me concentrer.. je m’ennuie de l’ancienne bibliothèque ou le silence était respectée.. ou du moins le chuchotement.. I love to find books but impossible to read or study in this environment.. very noisy!! People have no respect, they talk loudly, they shout and the security guards don't do anything nor the employees... when I went there this week, teenagers were playing an online game in a gang and they were shouting like lost and no one worried them.. I left very quickly because I couldn't concentrate.. I miss the old library where silence was respected.. or at least the whispering..

Souvent critiquée par rapport à son prix ou son look, elle a mauvaise presse, mais elle n'a rien à envier aux autres. La modernité à l'intérieur nous a fait passer du moyen âge au futur avec des stations libres-services, des salles d'ordinateurs et un retour complètement automatisé. La terrasse sur le toit est bien et la vue sur la patinoire est excellente. I love the library, the number of books there is impressive. Often criticized for its price or its look, it gets bad press, but it has nothing to envy to the others. The modernity inside has taken us from the middle ages to the future with self-service stations, computer rooms and fully automated return. The roof terrace is good and the view of the ice rink is excellent.

H	Hannah Peek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best libraries I have ever visited. It reminds me of the architecture commonly seen in the Nordic countries. This building is not like the typical Quebec architecture. It has two stories and lots of books and even computer services. There is a small caffé downstairs near the reception, but I have not tried it. There are good spaces for doing computer work and spaces with comfortable seats to read or see the view. Outside there is a public piano. It is right next to the main bus terminal in town. I really love coming here to escape the heat or for a simple change of pace. It fills me with a good energy and as it reminds me of Iceland, my favourite country, I can imagine a mini escape without having to pay for a plane ticket.
