Quelque fois, les comptoir d'informations sont ouvert pour donner de l'information sur les cours qui se donnent, le tarif et l'horaire. Possibilité de manger et boire sur place aussi.
Lots of activities to do; judo, karate, swimming lessons and free pool, tennis and badminton, pommel horse and various gymnastics, basketball and so on! Sometimes the information desks are open to give information on the courses that are given, the price and the timetable. Possibility to eat and drink on site too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais quel service a la clientèle MÉDIOCRE ! Samedi dernier nous sommes Vénus sur place pour voir un affiche inscrit qu'ils seraient fermé exceptionnellement... Aujourd'hui, l'horaire mentionne être ouvert jusqu'à 20h sur internet et sur les boîtes vocales. Aucun moyen d'avoir la ligne depuis 14h . Je décide donc de refaire le chemin jusqu'à St Charles pour y voir une autre affiche inscrit qu'exceptionnellement ils sont fermé a 17h pour la semaine. Ce serais bien d'afficher ça ailleurs que sur la porte du centre. Je suis extrêmement déçu . J'essai d'inscrire mon fils avant que les cours commencent et il n'y a aucun service. Quel place broche à foin.
But what POOR customer service! Last Saturday we came to Venus to see a poster saying that they would be closed exceptionally ... Today, the schedule mentions being open until 8 p.m. on the internet and on voice mail. No way to get the line since 2pm. So I decide to take the path back to St Charles to see another poster inscribed that exceptionally they are closed at 5pm for the week. It would be nice to post this somewhere other than the center door. I am extremely disappointed. I am trying to register my son before class starts and there is no service. What a place for hay spit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expérience difficile et à oublié. Gymnase libre de 11h à 13h et impossible de l utiliser puisque c'est trop compliqué pour eux de gérer les plages horaires . Belles installations mais une impossibilité totale pour les gens de la ville de l utiliser.
Difficult and forgotten experience. Free gym from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and impossible to use it since it's too complicated for them to manage the time slots. Nice facilities but a total impossibility for people from the city to use it.
