★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour fair bref j'ai envoyer mon auto là bas car je croyais que c'etait des "proffessionel" ,apres trois rendez-vous et trois alternateurs differents et plus de 400$ de main d'oeuvre , je me dit qu'il est enfin reparé , mais non il me lache apres 5 jours donc je l'envoie dans un autre garage parce que je commence a en avoir marre . Tout simplement pour me faire dire qu'il etait mal installer , ce qui a fait fondre le boulons positif de l'alernateur et une partie du fillage de celui-ci donc j'ai été obliger d'acheter un nouvelle alternateur en plus des nouvelle reparation causer par DROUIN AUTO ELECTRIQUE pour finalement me faire dire que c'etait par leur probleme si leur job avait été mal fait trois fois de suite . Tres mauvais service .
 To make it short I send my car over there because I thought it was "professional", after three meetings and three different alternators and more than $ 400 of labor, I tell myself that it is finally repaired, but no it drops me after 5 days so I send it to another garage because I'm starting to get tired. Just to make me say that it was badly installed, which melted the positive bolts of the alternator and part of the fillage of it so I was forced to buy a new alternator in addition to the new repair caused by DROUIN AUTO ELECTRIQUE to finally make me say that it was by their problem if their job had been badly done three times in a row. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 3 rendez-vous et toujours le même trouble. Et fait beaucoup de suppositions sur les pieces a changé.. Bref ne c’est pas faire du vrai diagnostic Bref ça coute moins chez le dealer. Et problème résolu en moins de temps !!! Ne recommande pas !!!
After 3 dates and still the same trouble. And made a lot of assumptions about the parts changed. In short, this is not to make a real diagnosis In short it costs less at the dealer. And problem solved in less time !!! Do not recommend !!!

This made it go sideways every time the pickup was started. because of this the starter ate at my flywheel. This garage gave me very poor service with a bad attitude.
J'ai amené mon camion pour réparer le démarreur, ils ont cassé un des 3 screws de la transmission qui servait a tenir le démarreur et l'ont fissuré. Ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de me le dire. Ils ont laissé mon Pickup de cette façon, le démarreur ne tenant que par 2 screw. Cela a occasionner le fait que chaque fois que le pick-up démarrait le démarreur forçait de côté. à cause de cela, le démarreur a mangé la flywheel. Ce garage m'a donné un très mauvais service avec en prime une mauvaise attitude.

I brought my truck to repair the starter, they broke one of the 3 screws of the transmission that was used to hold the starter and cracked it. They didn't even bother to tell me. They left my Pickup this way, the starter only holding on by 2 screws. This caused the fact that each time the pickup started the starter forcibly pushed aside. because of this the starter ate the flywheel. This garage gave me terrible service with the added bonus of a bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai envoyé mon véhicule pour un problème électrique d'affichage près des cadrans ( flasher qui n'allumais pas a l'intérieur , lumière des hautes qui restais allumer sans que les haute le soit) ils on changer la batterie et le clusteur ( les cadrans au complet) rendu en hiver j'essai mon démarreur a distances (qui fonctionnais très bien avant que je l'envoi a se garage)qui ne fonctionne plus depuis. Je les appels leur disant le problème ils disent qu'ils ne sont pas en mesure de le programmer d'aller chez ford mais qui peuvent vérifier quand même. Je prend donc rendez vous au deux place ,ford en premier qui me dise qu'il manque un code et que se serais le garage drouin qui aurais se code. 2 semaine plus tard je me rend donc au rendez-vous a se garage et il dise qu'il ne peuve rien faire que se n'est pas eux qui ont briser le demarreur , mais m'envoi quand meme chez lebeau pour une programation, arriver chez lebeau ils verifie et les deux modules du demarreur sont sauter. Donc rappel le garage drouin et dise qu'il ne pairont pas pour sa car jaurais ete faire vérifier mon starter chez ford ( je n'ai jamais eu aucun probleme de starter, j'avais fais verifier le démarreur qu'il disais etre incapable de programmer) pour conclure le probleme n'est toujours pas régler et il ne veulent toujours pas payer malgré les facture de tous se qui as ete fais sur l'auto. Vraiment déçu quand on brise quelque chose on le repare...
I sent my vehicle for an electrical problem with the display near the dials (flasher that did not light up inside, high light that remained on without the highs being on) they changed the battery and the cluster ( the dials in full) returned in winter I test my remote starter (which worked very well before I sent it to the garage) which has not worked since. I call them telling them the problem they say they are unable to schedule it to go to ford but who can check anyway. So I make an appointment at the two place, Ford first who tells me that a code is missing and that the Drouin garage would have the code. 2 weeks later I go to the appointment at his garage and he says he can't do anything that it's not them who broke the starter, but still sends me to lebeau for a program, arrive at lebeau they check and the two starter modules are blown. So call back the Drouin garage and say that they don't pair for this because I would have had my starter checked at Ford (I've never had any starter problems, I had the starter checked which he said was unable to program) to conclude the problem is still not solved and he still does not want to pay despite the bills for all that have been done on the car. Really disappointed when you break something you fix it...
