★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I received my case for the Mavic Pro ordered from Dronelabs. My order was placed on Feb. 16 and received it today Feb 22. I'm in Nova Scotia and the case originated from British Columbia. Super fast shipping. As for the case, it is well built and sturdy. The 2 snaps keep the cover tight and a seal inside keeps moisture out. The pre cut foam fit the Mavic and its accessories like a glove and is definitely much better than a case you would buy that comes with foam insert. Dronelabs got in touch with me soon after I placed my order and provided a tracking number. Very friendly service. All in all, I am quite happy with my purchase and I would strongly recommend this online store. Two thumbs up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adib did a great job assisting me with my first drone purchase. I was going to buy from DJI at first but thought better to purchase from a Canadian authorized reseller. All my emails were answered quickly and the service was excellent. I chose the free shipping option on check out and my item was at my door within 3 days from purchase! I now buy all my accessories from DroneLabs.ca and will be giving them more business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what went wrong. I ordered 2 spark batteries online (showed as in-stock). Heard nothing for a month. I chased them up; no response to emails, had to call and was told they thought it was on back order, would check and let me know. Heard nothing. 3 weeks go by. I chase up again. They were busy but would look into it. No call back. Next thing I know my order is cancelled. No other communication. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was a terrible experience, and would want others to be aware. Hopefully it was a one-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only store who had what I needed in stock. Crystal Sky display. Even some of the bigger stores like cDrone was rude to me and wouldn't answer my calls again. It's better to deal with some smaller shops sometimes. Good job Dronelabs. Best drone store in BC.
