★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at Driving Force Terrace have been extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests...and we have had a number of them. We have rented numerous vehicles from them in the past 3 months and have had mechanical issues with a couple of them, no fault of Driving Force as they were brand new vehicles, but they went through amazing efforts to get them in for appointments, giving us temp vehicles to use, changing appointments due to conflicting schedules and communicating lots along the way. All in all they have been hands down the best rental company I have ever had dealings. I will continue to use and recommend Driving Force in Terrace and in any other location we may end up.

She was able to get us a rental with no notice after National Car Rental was unable to fufill our confirmed reservation at the Terrace Northwest Regional Airport due to their "lack of cars." National notified us 30 minutes before we were supposed to pick up our car and left us stranded at the airport. Samantha and Driving Force came through for us! Great work Samantha and Driving Force!

Driving Force is definitely on my "A" List.
The staff was polite and easy to work with.
Great selection of vehicles. Found vehicle equipped with appropriate winter tires. It snowed during the rental period and there was no issues with traction.
Unusual, as past experiences with different rental companies found the practice was to put either the poorest performing winter tires in their vehicles or all season tires.
Totally impressed.
Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
