I came in during closing time, i felt bad but i had no choice i was desperately in need of a vehicle as mine broke down. Miller picked out my vehicle as my sister bought her first vehicle from him. I trusted him, i took his word for it. He Showed me a few options within my budget. ive owned my vehicle for 4 months now and i do have to say thank you miller for being so honest and making me the buyer feel at ease and make the process just so damn easy!!!! Definitely recommend

I'm not sure who should get the bad review here- Driven By You Auto Sales or the mechanic they use to do their mechanical inspection. The vehicle I purchased was mechanically inspected with no issues identified. After I test drove the vehicle, I noticed 2 of the tires were quite flat. Miller told me that he'd have his mechanic take a look before I came to make the purchase the next day. I came back and Miller had inflated the tires and said he had his mechanic take a look and the tires were fine- probably flat from sitting on the lot. Within a few days of purchasing the car, the tires were flat again. I took it in to get the tires looked at and thought I should have my mechanic do a quick inspection. He found that the valve cover was leaking and the spark plugs needed replacing. This was after driving the car less than 100km. The mechanic said this was NOT a new issue and should have easily been identified during the mechanical inspection. The tires had a bead seal leak (I had not run over a nail since buying the car). So within 100km, I had to sink another $800 into the car that I bought from these guys. I called to give them a chance to make it right- I didn't expect much but hoped they would help share the repair cost. They said there was nothing they could do- except their mechanic would give me a discount to fix the issues that he couldn't spot in the first place. No thanks. ** I see Miller replied to my review- as long as the people reading the reviews can see that these guys won’t even stand by their vehicles after 100km (or 2 months) has passed, my job is done. You can get the idea of the quality of vehicles they sell.

Fantastic people to deal with. Miller and crew did a very good job getting my wife and I vehicles that best suited us and we've been happy ever since. 10/10 customer service, with a great deal on both of our new SUVs. I would definitely recommend this car lot for your next purchase.

By far one of the best experiences at a dealership. I bought a 2021 Ram limited from Billy yesterday and he was super friendly. The whole experience was relaxed yet professional. There was 0 pressure on us as we tried out a few vehicles. After going to a few big dealerships earlier that day, it was clear that Driven by you auto sales had it together; they had great pricing, inventory and the service was exceptional. I highly reccomend them. I would totally buy from them again.
