A	Ammy Hootnick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst experience I've ever had with rudeness and lack of professionalism, the property manager of this building, he was so rude and degrading towards my mom who was the one filling out the application for the apartment, he had my mom in tears.. this guy absolutely wins the award for horrible management skills and total lack of professionalism... feel sorry for all the tenants in the building..
E	Elaine Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I live here currently. This building is infested with Pharoah ants! The exterminator is a regular fixture, yet has only been in my apartment to actually DO something 2 times! About 6 people have died in here in the 2 years I have lived here! Management actually had the nerve to TRY to blame me for these ants! I am on the 3rd floor.. these horrible ants come in from the bottom, and are coming out from behind the walls, every Crack anywhere, they are constantly in the entire kitchen, and in the bathroom. Nov 1st I WAS going to withhold the rest, but I didn't want to cause a problem, or have certain people in the building treat me like it's elementary school. Huge mistake! I (nor anyone) should have to pay any amount to live in a place where I can not even have food touch the counter or stove top etc. Nor can I even have a bath. Hume investments isn't acting how they should, as they are just a company who doesn't give a crap about anything but their own bank account. Nicole Hume decided not fumigate the entire building as needed, because of the cost! And the rent increases every ?

OMG... the current manager is one of the rudest person you could ever come across. She does not know how to handle a situation at all.I don't see her standing by her words, will ignore your problem and does not even know what regularity means. Gives you a time for meeting and shows up an hour or sometimes a day later.She has a compulsive need to be right and consistently point out how others are wrong. She will go on to blame you when something goes wrong. I am unsure if higher authority can so something about it.Eventually, this affects the overall aesthetic of a business.
