Contacted them via phone and email a few times, but they never replied. They seem to be active on google reviews, hopefully this will get their attention and honor their warranty.

I purchased a Dreamstar Queen mattress from a retailer nearby called Sleep Masters and I writ them a good review but I also wanted to credit the manufacturer. I've waited a good 2 months before this review and I would just like to say that for the quality and comfort I am experiencing every night, I am surprised I didn't pay double the price I actually paid. Fantastic mattress. FYI I have a Queen Dreamstar Royal Riviera mattress.
M	Melody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Lack of professionalism and customer service. The receptionist is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I’m not sure why the receptionist feels entitled to mistreat people. But she should probably get that checked out.

Just having a bad time with the product and horrible time with the customer service. completely unsatisfied customer. Will never buy or recommend Dreamstar product. Thats my whole point here. You guys have justification for all the problem then fixing your product( to void warranty). Taking super long to reply back. Terms to claim warranty (very customer unfriendly). Please check all your one star review finding same issues with other customer. Ghosting phone calls etc. Your warranty means nothing. I really need to become cotton measure engineering to measure a dip which is not even flat to begin with. Did you guys ever heard about compression test which is usually performed by better competitor If there is nothing wrong why did you offer to repair a problem for $200 plus transportation. If you like I can further post all my conversation with your company in public. Please let me know how to rotate and bring the middle problem to side. Its math 101. A rectangle middle is always in the middle does not matter how many time you rotate.

We purchased a mattress for my son more than a year ago after having bad experience with the quality for an overpriced Beautyrest mattress from SleepCountry. Dreamstar mattress is great - comfort level, no deeps, exactly what we expected. I am planning to buy another mattress from them in the near future and strongly recommend this company if you want a good night sleep.

Got a tour of the showroom and Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all the products they sell and the company. I absolutely love how everything is made in house and made with all Canadian materials. Simply couldn't ask for a better mattress or service from Mel and Nick ! Thank you both !

He takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of his products. Better yea, they have better pricing than anywhere and I did my research. Never again will I buy a bed in a box or from any other company. I will only buy from Dreamstar from now on. 100% Canadian, no harmful fumes and a very comfortable mattress custom made to our needs. The best part is there’s handles on all four sides for easy mattress rotation. Absolutely an excellent company and product. We purchased the Riviera with the gel cooling and padded topper with a plush to our custom specs.
