no courtesy car, so my day is wasted. will not be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drayton Valley Ford is incredible! My elderly parents were having some trouble with their battery and fuses on their old Escape after the cold snap a few weeks ago. The parts manager took the time to explain to both my mom and dad (who is completely deaf) what the issue was. She even printed out pictures, making notes for him along the way, to make communication with my father easier for him as his hearing impairment makes this extremely difficult for most people. My mom made the comment that even though it was very busy in the building, the woman in parts made them feel like they were the only ones there and that she made sure they were taken care of before they walked out the door. My dad was worried about holding up the line of customers, and the lady sensed that he was uncomfortable. She took them over to the stand up area where no one was so my dad was more at ease while she was going through the information with him. My dad doesn't get around like he used to, and with her help and patience, he was able to fix the issue himself. He was so proud. THANK YOU for caring about our senior people! Something as simple as taking the time to explain in detail for those with impairments and who are very old, and it has given my father a spring in his step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service in all departments, relaxed atmosphere, great location, ample parking, great service as well. Parts, Sales, and service all treated me very well and were knowledgeable and well trained in each of their fields. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone and everyone, even if you don't own a Ford. Thank you guys for a job well done. They had snacks and drinks for my children as well which is another bonus.

The first comment was 2 years ago, what happened to that? I brought a vehicle in for the company I work for today. A little while later I got a call back saying it was done and they will pick me up in half an hour. An hour goes by and I call them to ask if the courtesy shuttle is forgotten about me? Oh sorry it'll be there in 10 minutes. That was now another 35 minutes ago. My recommendation if you take your vehicle there get a ride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought an Expedition here. Couldn't have asked for a better bunch to buy from. From first contacting them to even after the sale was final, nothing but stellar service. Our sales guy, Tristan, was very easy to deal with and super accommodating. Sally in finance was also great. Not one of them snooty bank type, judgemental folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First want to say I have been a sales manager and a general manager of dealerships in Alberta. So I know the business. I came in looking for an appraisal of my recently deceased Fathers truck that he bought there. He and my mother have been loyal to that dealership for over 30yrs. I left without one. The sales manager couldn’t be bothered to leave their seat. The inexperienced sales girl never contacted me one way or another. I came back after a few hours and again no help. The salesperson was out and the manager again couldn’t be bothered. I left my email and phone number, still no help getting an appraisal for an estate for a long time customer. I’m not sure if this is normal DV service but I could source an answer for a customer in minutes. How do they take trade-ins if it takes days to appraise a vehicle. As a general manager or owner of this business. I would be looking to either train this sales manager or find someone who can do the job with the customer in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rather come here to make a deal than stetson gm not bought from but had service a few years ago and was great at least when I looked years ago I was allowed to test drive what I liked didn't get that from stetson pushed me into a truck I didn't want so drayton valley ford I'll come see you before I go to stetson ever again
