β β β β β A really poor experience with this doctor and his staff. They cancelled appointments last minute and didnβt call at the scheduled times for re-bookings. Office staff was brutal to deal with.

Although, it's super hard and time-consuming to reach out to a specialist doctor in the Healthcare System!

β β β β β Disappointing. Dr's office called me to book an appointment and this was our conversation:
I: Does Dr. Nazari work on the weekends?
Office: No, He just works Monday to Fridays
I: All right. Please give his first available Friday
office: Sure....
Office: Does Thursday work for you?
I: No, I'm not in rush. Just arrange it for a Friday. Any Friday.
Office: Let me check.... Because he's not available for April...
I: That's ok. Go to a later time. Next months
Office: But there is not any!!!!!
I: There is not any Friday available in 2021?!! In 12 months??!!!!
Office: Yes
I: I don't understand. We are in 2020 now.
Office: Ya... because doctor is not available on Fridays!!!!
I: But you told me he is
Office: Ya... we don't know which Fridays he can work. He is on call.
It was my disappointing conversation with the doctor's office staff. At the end I told them to disregard the appointment request.
