S	Sara Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Sheila is very nice, however her front staff/receptionists are TERRIBLE. They are very slow, always messing up. Never call me to let me know they have my test results. Even for things that are important and should be rushed, I have to harass them on the phone or show up at the location before they do anything.
a	ammaarah moh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic to go to.I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 5+ years. I have been calling them for over a week to get test results taken 3 weeks ago and NO PICK UP. They haven’t even called to notify the results have come. I always call them and ask. These guys are very unprofessional. The doctor rushes so fast and never gives me time. There was a point where she asked me SO WHAT DO U WANT TO DO ? I mean ur the doctor right. One time my appointment was in the lab and the doctor was standing, I WAITED 2 HOURS TO SPEAK TO HER FOR LESS THAN 3 min. I understand u have a lot of patience but we waited for so long just an extra 2 min. Because it takes so long for the appointments and I was really sick I had a couple of problems,THE DOCTOR HAD THE CURTOISY TO TELL IN TAMIL (which I understand) TO HER FRONT DESK STAFF ...I CANT BE TAKING PATIENCE WITH 4 or 5 PROBLEMS TELL THEM TO COME BACK. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m done with this doctor. The only person that really helped me out was Nisha. She always made sure I was okay and really helped me out. I really likedher but sorry to say I won’t be going back to them after this.
K	Krishnan Kozhipurath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sheila Sivakumar has been our family doctor for more than 10 years and my kids grew up with her. She is one of the best family doctors I have been to. With her extremely pleasent behaviour and experience, the minute you meet her you start feeling well.

During each appointment, the wait time was approximately 2 hours for even brief moments (>10 mins) in the doctors office. The administration provides very poor service. The pharmacy is okay and the hours of operation can accommodate non-office hours. I would not recommend this doctor for the wait times and poor service.

The receptionist are very rude and they don't know their job at all. It's humble request to Dr.Sheila - if she can make some changes to her receptionists...otherwise all her hard work is going in gutters.

She is very caring and has always treated my medical issues appropriately and I've never had an issue with her. Very caring and kind! Sometimes you have to wait a while but she is phenomenal as Medical Doctor!!!
S	SJ mariya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would, the doctor her self she is okay but the receptionists are the the worst I’ve ever seen. Does not go according to appointment. Does not respond to patients, the waiting time is over 2h after the appointment time.

She only gives you a few minutes of her time and She is nice and cares about it but then quickly moves on to the next, if I was that brief could have dealt with me first to get me out of here quickly. She could use some extra help in some way. Some of the assistants are helpful and assist you, but some of their receptionists don't know how to do their job, you ask them to fax something over to a specialist and they don't do it, the first or second time. Honestly there's a reason why I go less than once a year here.
