Rude staff and a glorified Aesthetician, don't let your doctor refer you here. You are better off going to someone else who listens and doesn't waste your time.

Visiting Dr.Kabiri gave me the chance of experiencing the MAGIC of the world of Medicine. She is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, knowledgable and experienced physicians I have ever met. Would I recommend her to others? Definitely, YES !

I was making some bone broth in a pressure cooker. I opened the valve to let out the steam and suddenly *BOOM* an explosion. The contents of the pot were boiling and it got all over my face and left arm. I ran to the shower and stood under cold water while I dialling Dr. Kabiri's office. Even though she was fully booked, she made an emergency appointment to see me immediately. Thankfully my house is only 10 minute drive from her clinic. As soon as I arrived, Dr Kabiri began to work her magic. First she cooled down my skin with a treatment to stop the burning and prevent blisters from forming on my face. My entire face was burned, even my eyelids. She then prescribed topical creams and antibiotics. Not a single place on my face blistered. It was truly a miracle considering i was burned by boiling hot bone broth which contains a lot of oil. Over the course of the next month and half Dr. Kabiri did 3 laser treatments on my skin and scars and recommended for me to stay out of the sun to prevent hyperpigmentation of my scars, as well as some wound care ointments, scar creams and topical antibiotics, . It is now 3 months since the incident occurred. If I didn't have the pictures to prove it, you would never believe such a horrific accident happened to me. There isn't a single remnant of my burns visible to the naked eye on my skin. Dr Kabiri saved my face. As you can imagine, my mental health was a mess due to the accident. I thought I was gonna be disfigured for life. She was so kind and reassuring that everything was going to be ok and she would do everything possible to get my skin to pre-accident condition. I cannot recommend her enough. She is so knowledgeable and her proactive treatment plan delivered everything she promised and more.

Dr. Kabiri was very angry because my touch up was booked three months after my initial visit. I explained to her that her staff never informed me about the procedure and I had to postpone my touch up due to my trip . When I came back from my trip , they contacted me and postponed me again because doctor was going on a trip. She was not listening to me and was acting as if I misused the system. It was a very bad experience . I felt totally offended by her anger and aggressive treatment. My skin was bleeding after treatment which never happened before. They need to adjust their booking system instead of yelling at customers.

I wanted to thank Dr. Kabiri and her fantastic team. She quickly diagnosed my skin problem and treated it in less than three weeks. I have been dealing with this problem for six years. I'm so happy with the result. Thank you so much!

Great staff, great environment, extremely friendly! I had a lot of sun damage from years of not taking precautions. Started with IPL on November and ABSOLUTELY love how great my skin looks today. I was avoiding to get Botox and fillers for years. I always had the fear of looking unnatural. I’m so glad that I did it. The thing that I love the most about my experience with Dr.Kabiri and her team is you get the treatment if it’s really necessary! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shadan Kabiri, her assistant and the office staff have a wonderful approach and demeanour. Dr. Shadan is always with her laud laughing bringing a good atmosphere during your visit. Recently I had sun damage and rejuvenate treatment for my face and she and her assistant had a very good ? job and I am very happy ? from the result.?
