★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always double booking. We often wait for 2.5 hours for appointments. That's not okay for a professional doctor. Then he sees the patient for 2 minutes. Not sure what the billing would be to Alberta Health care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving bilateral burns and having skin grafts performed by Dr Kwan I can say first hand that He is a stellar surgeon and really professional. Beyond that He is a great guy!
I had a good laugh reading peoples reviews whining about having to wait to see him. He is a surgeon!!! His life doesn't revolve around an individual appointment. People are hilarious and completely self centered
