The video motion Xray and pretreatment assessment was thorough and Dr. Mark Smith explains things before treatment which is perfect if you are anxious about new things as I am. I have never felt so safe and comfortable with chiropractic work as I have at Progressive Chiropractic. The results are amazing and I am able to enjoy doing what I love pain free! Lastly, a shoutout to the secretaries because you make my day!

I like that, it helps me to visualize what he's adjusting. There is no twisting of the spine. I like that too. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've found him. He straightened me up on my first treatment. I was amazed and greatly relieved.

I've always been leery of chiropracty in the past as I've heard some interesting stories, but I was in pain and didn't really have much to lose. I followed through on the recommended schedule and my back has been so much healthier ever since. Mark is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have been please with every experience here and would definitely recommend it.

I was in a car accident, rear ended, could hardly walk and my left foot was in such pain but no one knew what was wrong with it and no one could touch it it was so painful. MARK fixed it and everything else wrong. My other nurse friends go to see him and think he’s amazing. They now go for tuneups once in a while just to keep everything tuned up. I then fell and fractured a disc in my lower back. After a few months of healing and extreme pain I went back to see MARK. He slowly worked on me to the point where I now can walk 2 miles a day. I could not even walk 10 feet when I went to see him. He is absolutely amazing. So kind and so caring. In some cases it takes a few treatments but he sure knows what he’s doing. I would definitely be in a wheelchair without him. He is a God send for me. I just can’t say enough about him and how great he is. I would never go to anyone else.

Within a couple of sessions he completely got rid of the problem - I felt like a new person. I really like the fact that he tries to understand your condition (holistic approach) and your therapy goals. Furthermore, I have never been to a chiro before and was nervous to go. However, he explained everything prior to treatment and put me at ease. Don't get discouraged if you don't find any close appointments, book what you find because he is definitely worth the wait. Maintaining neck and spinal adjustments once a month has contributed to my general health. I like Mark's competence, kind, friendly manner and great communication abilities. Oh YA and I love that fabulous, massage table at the end of appointments. Such a bonus!!
