Voicemail box has been full for months, so you can't leave a message to book an appointment (if you don't believe me, call & try and leave a message, i will guarantee no one answers the phone). She doesn't have a receptionist to book appointments. If you are looking for someone dependable I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. It's what I had to do as I was going through a very difficult time. I find it shocking that someone would be in a profession where people are in low parts of their life and she is unavailable to book any appointments. I would give less than one star if I could.
