★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Galpin is very informative and comforting. On top of the smooth experience I had getting my teeth cleaned, Dr. Galping was constantly communicating with me about my dental work and explaining why he is doing what he is doing. Like what the other reviews said, Dr.Galpin is overall a very delightful person. Two extra random points I'd like to add, the clinic has a great city/mountain view and Dr.Galping is really tall.

As his patient, I trust him completely and always look forward to my next appointment with him. He also explains and answers any questions I have about my dental work. I've recommended him to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been jumping from one dentist to another all my life but no more :) !! Dr Galpin was amazingly professional and friendly at the same time. He made discoveries about my teeth which no other doctor did before (even after multiple Dr) and even explained it so well, that it was super easy to understand !!
Even if you are or aren't looking for any heavy procedure, I recommend dropping in for cleaning at least and you will know what I am saying ? !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first cleaning in a few years. You can tell he cares about his patients. He is very precise and I found he does a much more thorough job than my previous dentist. He takes the time to explain concepts and tradeoffs rather than tell people what to do. I really appreciate this because patients can make informed decisions about their health.
Will be back and have recommended this place to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr. Galpin on Nov. 27th, 2021. It was the first time I visited Arbutus Broadway Dental Centre. Dr. Galpin checked my health condition thoroughly, not missing any details. I have complicated teeth conditions, he explained everything professionally and gave me solutions to choose from. I am impressed by his professionalism and thoughtfulness.It was a very nice experience. Thank you Dr. Galpin! Jack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Galpin patiently heard about my dental problem, did a thorough examination and provided answers to all my questions. During the treatment he checked at regular intervals how I was doing and was meticulous with the treatment procedure. He also did follow ups to check how I was doing a couple of days after the treatment. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't of had a better experience today at Dr. Galpins office at Arbutus Dental because the superior level of care he provided me. He truly went above and beyond in every step of care during the appointment, not only did I feel welcome, I felt well looked after by him and all of his staff at all times. His treatment was very personable and thorough, I felt he answered every question thoughtfully and in such a way I could best understand. I usually have a lot of anxiety over the dentist but his genuine kindness and the way I was feeling I was in great hands really made me forget about anxiety at all while I was there. Overall I was really impressed with my experience. Thanks a ton Dr. Galpin
