Extremely professional, keeps up to date with the latest research info, takes her time to listen to parents, children and to explain the options for treatment. Her admin staff is amazing and extremely expeditious even under so much pressure from all of us parents and kids! We are blessed to have her as our pediatrician!

However, since last two year or so, her clinic staff have been refusing to book appointments any sooner than 3 months citing that doctor is quite busy. We just don't understand, if she is this busy then she should stop accepting new patients. We have called on several occasions for urgent and non-urgent care, but important nonetheless. However, for urgent cares, they refer us to hospitals. For non-urgent but important care, they would simply provide us a time which is so far that it's impractical and synonymous to being refused to get treated. On the latest call this afternoon, my wife was humiliated for seeking an appointment from Doctor. First they kept repeating that annual checkup can only happen in June. After insisting for an early appointment, receptionist asked what was the illness, my wife proceeded to tell her and was immediately shot down as being not urgent, hence not worthy of an appointment sooner. Is it a norm for a receptionist to make a medical call on being urgent or non-urgent ? My wife kept repeating that it is important and urgent for her to get the child treated but to no avail. Why is this doctor even practicing at this age, if she has no time for her patients. We better find another pediatrician who is there for our kid, when needed. Utterly shameful and embarrassing experience!

She explained the details of what would be required for my son's breathing to improve in lay man terms and in no time, he was scheduled for surgery. She is a no-nonsense, down to earth doctor and she knows her stuff. She does not over-prescribe medication or medicate unnecessarily. I had been dealing with my son's condition for 2-years with no improvement. While wait times are very long, she is thorough at each visit and I leave there rest assured the medical needs of my children are being met. I am very glad that she is a part of my children's care team.
P	Patrick Ferrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has brought the worst feeling of my life to me and my wife.. this is our first child and coming to them since our child was born since they were in our area. We came here with our newborn daughter of (2 months) and thought we were getting her second hep b shot. They gave her second round of shots instead.. Shots that she was supposed to get at 4 months! It is despicable that needles and medication weren't double checked before being administered to our newborn daughter. We waited consistently long wait times even after our confirmed bookings. So many red flags on thier procedures.. like is the reception allowed to prepare the needles and vaccines for the doctor? This is horrifying and absolutely unacceptable. And would not recommend, we have filed with the cpso and are conducting thier investigation. All parents out there please don't make the same mistake as us and please triple check with your doctor when it comes to needles and your newborns vaccinations
M	Mary Cornacchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. J. Milne is an amazing Doctor, who has made a difference in the medical care of my children. She's truly wonderful, patient and caring. She knows her stuff. I was referred to her 44 years ago, from a Chief of Pediatrics at St. Mike's Hospital. He told me that she was one of the best Pediatricians, and he was right. My kids are now adults and still talk about how wonderful she is.

We actually enjoy our visits to see her. She is so kind and very informative when explaining the procedures, there is always something to learn from Dr. Milne! The receptionist Shawlay is super friendly as well. Overall, would definitely recommend for any parents looking for an experienced Paediatrician.

I have three children and I knew where I wanted them to go without any thought about it. Yes, I understand that there can sometimes be a wait but the best things are worth waiting for. Dr. Milne takes her time and thoroughly checks her patents- as it should be. They are not just numbers, they are children with unique needs and some take more time than others. There is no way of predicting the length of each appointment but they do their best. In fact, I would be concerned if people were flying in and out of there like airplanes on a runway, what kind of quality care would that be? My kids love her as if she was their family. She has caught some serious issues in my children that many were unable to do and I will forever be grateful to her for that. She will turn every single stone until she gets to the root of the problem and that's what I want when I choose a doctor for my kids. Shawlay, Margaret and Dr.Milne make quite the team! Love them all and the service they provide.
