★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a tech come in for a general inspection/tune-up on our aging AC unit as well as two separate ductless systems.
Mike Finlayson was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided me a with a step by step breakdown of what tests or inspections he was doing, the result and his recommendation. He found the perfect balance between giving me straight and honest info, but not being overly alarmist.
I would definitely reach out to Dr. HVAC again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is all about the great service I got from Bryan Malloch. We had wiring issues on the furnace and AC which he was able to triage and resolve quickly. Bryan was very diligent and took the time to measure the electrical hook-ups for each mode of operation. Bryan also did a great job of explaining the work done. Thank you to Bryan!

It was a pleasure doing business with them. Will do all my HVAC work with them in future. Highly recommend.

Sent There technician Steven Berry and he was very professional and explained everything with my situation regarding my furnace. At the end of his diagnosis he left me feeling confident and with answers regarding what was best outcome for best results.
Thanks again Steven and the team at Dr Hvac.
Also would like to mention that Tracy that set up the date and time was super helpful and very polite as well.
I would definitely call Dr HVAC in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional installation personnel. Attention to detail is exemplary. Thorough explanation of system features and operation. After installation was complete, a minor modification was made to exhaust pipe routing at my request. I am completely happy.
I can't comment on whether the system is good value yet. System was a bit high in price and needs to run trouble free for years. I don't expect any trouble as the same company installed new AC last year and it works perfectly. In general you get what you pay for. This is an excellent company to work with.
