Has great pricing compared to other places I had called and no wait time other places told me it would take 2 weeks! Will be coming back everytime i have computer problems!! Highly recommend!

Was never pressured into being told to buy another laptop or programs I don't need. Other places just say it's not worth repairing and just buy a new one. Was fixed the same day pretty much and even had a follow up text to make sure I am happy with everything. Would recommend to anyone who has computer issues that's for sure. Thanks Dr. Geek!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the Easter weekend I suddenly lost my internet connection. I called Telus, who ran their diagnostics and assured me their equipment was working as it should. Youssef (Dr. Geek) has bailed me out two or three times in the past, so that was my next call. (In addition to my internet access, the computer suddenly refused to shut down, forcing me to pull the plug.)
Youssef diagnosed a failing disk. Since the computer is nearly 12 years old, I was prepared to send it to the bone yard, but Youssef assured me it was salvageable. He took the computer with him, and over the next couple of days, he installed a solid state drive, a full set of updated software after backing up all my files, and a new program to manage my email accounts. I now have a new computer - it's smooth, quiet and fast!
Youssef (Dr. Geek) is the man you should call when you're facing the kind of trouble I had.

We set up a time to pick up my PC and then when it was finished, I was sent the bill and he delivered my PC back to my place. Now my PC is fixed and running great again.
