She was professional, on time and explained everything to us in detail- the pros and cons of each scenario. We felt very confident in her suggested treatments. She is great with kids!

Chelsea is absolutely phenomenal and has some of the best client care/customer service skills I have ever witnessed. I can not speak highly enough about this team!

She is determined to make a difference by getting to the root of the problem. Also she is very warm and authentic. I would recommend her to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most professional specialist offices I have visited in a long time. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful from the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Akbari may be one of the best specialists I’ve seen in years. A problem I have had diagnosed by another ENT but never treated, eczema in my ears, she prescribed drops for that provided immediate relief on first use! I have been struggling with this discomfort for years and no other doctor offered a solution. She also diagnosed another issue with my nose and that treatment is bringing relief as well. I am so grateful to have found a specialist that is up to date with new treatments and cares for her patients. Thank you.

I was referred to her and seen her 2 times. They had suggested a condition as well as medication.
Time passed and I required about a follow up and this was her response..
Pretty sad
"Hi.
I'm not practicing ENT.
Please get a new referral to another ENT doctor.

The Doctor had been always VERY busy there, but still took care of me as if I am the only patient there ?. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the professional care given to me. My experience at this clinic was beyond my belief – one of the quickest and best I have ever encountered a long time.
I would love to have them around if I ever get sick again, I know I will be welcomed and treated the way my Dr. Eli Akbari does!
