β β β β β I'm really pleased with the service provided by Dr Lai. He is professional, knowledgeable and very cheerful. The dental office is very clean and well equipped. He was very careful during the bonding procedure I did with him and made sure that what he was doing fit my preferences.

β β β β β My daughter had to do a filling and she was super anxious, making me and my husband very nervous how she may cope with the procedure no matter how easy it seems to us adults. Dr Lai and his assistant were so gentle, encouraging, and reassuring, making sure she understood what was going to happen and prepare her for it. At the end she left the office with big smiles, and in my opinion, an reassuring dental health in the future.
Now the difficult part is over... I see Dr Lai for all my dental needs as well. He is very approachable, sincere, gentle, and pleasant. Professionally speaking, I donβt think Iβve met any doctor who would educate and explain like he does. Not only my teeth are taken care of, I feel like each time I leave the office better equipped to take good care of my teeth. The office has recently been renovated, itβs so clean, calm, and pleasant to be there! The staff have all been friendly and they return my phone calls promptly if I get to the message machine. They have been texting me dental check ups and I can text back to confirm appointments - such a small but efficient system! For a family of four I can never seem to remember when and who are due for what type of health or body part check ups!
Thank you again Dr Lai for your devotion and care!

β β β β β I had the honour to work with Dr. Dylan and his wonderful team in the past. I must say, he was one of the best dentists I have worked with and he's very patient and kind to everybody. He's highly respected because of his work ethics and dental work. I would trust him to treat myself and my family. He explains thoroughly if there are concerns that needs to be treated. He is very knowledgeable and he will take his time to explain everything until patients are comfortable. He will explain the possible consequences if the concerned area(s) are left untreated but will ultimately let his patients decide when to accept treatment(s). I highly recommend Dr. Dylan and team.

β β β β β I am someone who is super afraid of going to the dentist since young. And would only drag myself to the dentist if I had a toothache... But after seeing Dr. Lai I feel a lot more comfortable getting filling. He never rushes and would explain every step to you. Heβs also super patient and gentle with his technique. (Can barely feel the needle !!!) If anyone is gonna touch my teeth it will only be Dr. Lai! Definitely recommend him!

β β β β β Dr Lai is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I donβt leave comments very often, but his exceptional service along with his professional team of staff deserve a glowing review. He has a calm demeanor and a great attention to detail, ensuring that the customer is very satisfied during and after his or her visit. My husband had to have his wisdom teeth removed by Dr Lai and after seeing how pleased he was with the outcome I decided to become one of his patients as well. I have never looked forward to going to the dentist but because Dr. Lai has carefully built a rapport of trust and understands how to make me feel at ease, I can now say that I look forward to my visits.
