★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family atmosphere, this office genuinely loves their patients. Dr. Doug is very gentle, compassionate, kindly in his advice, an efficient perfectionist, and practically painless. True story: I fell asleep during a double root canal once, and not from the anesthetic.

Dr. Paul performed procedures deftly, with excellent skill, while quietly talking through what he was doing in an affirming manner.

I've been going to Dr. Doug Pauls ever since I was old enough to see a dentist and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Whatever procedure I have to get done, whether it's a cleaning or a filling, going in for an appointment is always a delight. The staff is friendly and make me feel as comfortable as possible. This practice genuinely cares about my dental health. When it's time for my next appointment, the staff is always ready to contact me to remind me about my next appointment. They also works with my schedule to find the best time to come in. With life always being so hectic and schedules so busy, it's nice to know my dental health isn't something I have to worry about. Highly recommend Dr. Doug Pauls and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Michael Pauls and his team are an all star team. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! I recently needed a treatment and Dr.Pauls was so patient and helpful in walking me through the options to ensure I was making an informed decision and I was happy with the treatment process.
The office also has direct billing for Sunlife insurance so it’s always a smooth process.
