She listens to your concerns and ensures she tailors the treatment plan to your lifestyles, abilities and preferences without imposing. I look forward to taking my daughter to see her next and recommend anyone/everyone that is interested in seeing a Natuorpath do the same. Dr. Smrz you rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Debbie changed my life!!! I've been living with fibromyalgia for more than 15 years and pain was part of my life. Last summer I have a flare up of intense pain and inflammation which was very hard to manage and the pain got to a point of intolerability. And then I found Dr Debbie. She gives her patients the opportunity to come and meet her to ensure that the chemistry is fine and it was. She is very nice person, sincere and really wants to find a way to help you. After an 90 min session she had a clear path. She changed my diet, understood my stress level, and added additional supplements to my daily routine, as well as some exercise routine. After a few weeks of detox, the pain started to reduce, I was ok with my new diet, no gluten, no sugar, no red meat, no coffee, and although it sounded tough to follow it wasn't, and the benefit of being able to wake up and move with no pain, exceeded the need to have a latte!. At one point I came to see Dr Debbie and told her that I realized that I have NO PAIN! we were jumping and celebrating.... yes I said jumping (no pain). It has been an amazing experience and not only I will continue being Dr Debbie's patient but I will recommend her to everyone.

As I am on my edge that I need quick recovery and get well better in no time, Dr. Debbie introduce me to this Amazing Vita IV and Nebulizer. I got much better by end of day and got my voice back. I get back to my routine right after the next day and I will definitely go back and recommend Dr Debbie service to all my friends. You Rock! Again thank you for your amazing care and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACNE FINALLY GOT BETTER!
I came in to see Dr. Debbie in September 2018 with pretty bad acne, and I really didn't want to start heavy hormone therapy as recommended by some other doctors.
Before my first consultation, I had to fill out a form that went through all my past history as well as day to day stuff such as stress and sleep patterns, so that when I went into my first appointment, Dr. Debbie already had a background of what I was dealing with. After running through a couple of tests, I left my first appointment with a couple of recommendations for supplements that would help with my acne.
What I loved about Dr. Debbies approach was that she didn't just look at treating acne by itself, but as a sign that something inside of me wasn't functioning properly - my liver in this case - and focused on treating the cause rather than the symptoms.
After 2 months, my acne went from being in my opinion a 7/10 to a 3/10, which was absolutely LIFE CHANGING. I've been dealing with acne for the past 5 years and this has been the first time I've gotten results.
I can't thank Dr. Debbie enough, and I will always highly recommend her to anybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debbie Smrz is the best Naturpathic Doctor I have seen. Her customized plan for your health is a valuable asset to live longer and better and enjoy the life you deserve. Her IV treatment with an extra dose of vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients left me so full of energy that I pushed the car home after the treatment...
OK... Maybe I walked to the car and drove home... But it was a brisk walk with an energetic extra jump in my step that lasted all week... ;-)
