My 11 year old boy has had desensitization follow-up and treatment at this clinic for about 2 years. We have always had excellent service from Dr. Copeland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon docteur qui prend le temps de discuter avec les patients. Il prend le temps d'éduquer les gens et d'expliquer les choses au lieu de se dépêcher pour se débarrasser de vous. Il a beaucoup d'expérience et se fera un plaisir de la partager avec vous. La secrétaire fait du bon travail et est très accueillante. Je recommande fortement.
Very good doctor who takes the time to talk to patients. He takes the time to educate people and explain things instead of rushing to get rid of you. He has a lot of experience and will be happy to share it with you. The secretary does a good job and is very welcoming. I highly recommend.

J'y vais une fois par semaine pour le protocole de désensibilisation et j'obtiens mon traitement généralement autour de 30 secondes après être entré dans la clinique. Certains ne comprennent pas (on le voit dans certains commentaires) que les rendez-vous d'évaluation (généralement le premier rendez-vous) DOIVENT durer plus longtemps afin que l'évaluation des réactions allergiques soit faite adéquatement. Franchement une super bonne clinique qu'on est chanceux d'avoir dans le coin!
Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. I go once a week for the desensitization protocol and get my treatment usually around 30 seconds after entering the clinic. Some do not understand (as seen in some comments) that assessment appointments (usually the first appointment) MUST last longer in order for the assessment of allergic reactions to be done properly. Frankly a super good clinic that we are lucky to have in the area!
