In addition, she is very friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. After only one visit, she sent me a very thorough treatment plan that has solved many of my ongoing issues. I highly recommend her!

My physio at the same clinic recommended her to assist me with an injury recovery and I appreciated her holistic, eclectic approach (drawing upon supplements, sleep hygiene, food recommendations, acupuncture, and meditation etc.) to develop a personalized treatment plan. My recovery's been going well and I'm carrying forward elements of the plan into the future even beyond that.

She takes the time to listen to her patients and develops an understanding of their everyday lives, their bodies, and their minds. She designed a treatment plan unique to me and my symptoms and thoroughly explained each step and supplement included. She is focused on getting to the root cause of the issue rather than providing a quick fix. In addition to her amazing work, she is incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!
