★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently returned home from VGH, having received a stent and coil operation for an unruptured brain aneurysm. I am most grateful to Dr Haw for his exceptional knowledge, experience, compassion and gentle demeanour in assisting me to adjust to this new health development and to move forward to better health. I would also like to point out the extremely important role Dr Haw plays in teaching and mentoring young up and coming medical staff. It was heart-warming for me to see the energy and level of diversity and commitment those people brought to their daily rounds! What an asset Dr Haw is to our medical community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no words to describe this neurosurgeon. Simply put, amazing. He has saved my life. I will be in his debt for the rest of my life. To put it in perspective; I was ready to end my life through BC assisted suicide. I went through an MVD due to suffering from excruciating nerve pain on the top right-side of my head. The MVD discovered a vein that was crossing over my nerve. The vein was cut and cauterized. I woke up pain and med free with no side effects.
