Great doctor, however everytime I come for my appointment I'm waiting at least an hour in the waiting room. A couple who came in after me for a different doctor is already going home and I'm still in the waiting room???

Truly the best doctor i ever met! Such a wonderful person hears you out answer to all your questions and concerns. Gave birth to a healthy baby boy i enjoyed coming here every time during my pregnancy! Will deff recommend dr wong!

Dr Wang just to let you know that your receptionist is so rude and really unprofessional. She has no manners, no respect at all.So many times she has misbehave with me and I had to tolerate it only because I really don't want to change my doctor but now I have decided next time I might not come to your office if she continued this job.

While Dr Billy Wong is fantastic, the receptionists need some work. I had my baby in 2018 and was scheduled a follow-up appointment at the end of December 2019 as my yearly checkup since I had her. I got a call in December from the office stating Dr Wong would be away on holidays and they asked if they could reschedule my appointment for the end of January I said fine that's not an issue, I completely forgot I even had booked that appointment a year and 2 months prior (at my baby's 2 month appointment in Nov 2018). I never received a single phone call the whole month of January reminding me of this appointment just like I never got a call in 2019 at all reminding me of the appointment I booked at the end of December. Usually most doctors offices will call you ahead 2 days, or a week prior to your appointment reminding you that you have this appointment, I never received a call. During my pregnancy in 2018 I went for weekly appointments with Dr. Wong, I would get a call the day before those appointments to remind me and verify I was coming to those appointments which I really appreciated. I found it very helpful. I'm just curious as to why, now that I I'm not pregnant but have an appointment with the doctor, why the office wouldn't call me and remind me like they used to while I was pregnant. I got a call this morning at 10 a.m. reminding me of my appointment this morning at 11 a.m. I had to call the clinic and let them know, "No sorry I cannot make it" and I asked them why they wouldn't call me a day prior or two days prior or even a week ago? the last time I heard from this Clinic was the end of December asking to move my appointment that I did not remember I had and I think that was very unprofessional for the receptionists, not asking to move my appointment but the fact I wasn't even reminded in November 2019 about the December appointment. I also work at a doctor's office, I work as reception at a clinic and my job is to forward book people's appointments, a whole year in advance mind you, I call them and remind them of their appointments 2 days to a week before their appointment is so if my appointment is on Tuesday (which it was) I should have got a call on Friday or even Tuesday last week. It's not hard to call your forward booked appointments. Dr. Wong is fantastic I highly recommend him he is very thorough he's very understanding and he is so great. I truly believe some of the receptionists need to work on calling forward booked appointments ahead of time to remind them, and not a whole month ahead of time maybe one week but a month is too long. People with kids are busy, just a reminder. I give Dr Wong a 5 star rating but the office itself, the wait times and the receptionist I dealt with on the phone today, 2. That being said there is a great reception lady there she has short hair I can't remember her name maybe it was Dawn, she's good. Thank you kindly.

I've been to a gynecologist before and she was awful. She had no empathy or care in the world for me. But Dr. Wong and his team were so kind! I left in tears because of how well taken care of I was. The nurse who came in stood beside me and just kept reassuring me that I was doing great. Dr. Wong walked me through everything he was doing and how he was going about it. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Wong!

Feb 10/2022 - I am trying to call your office, but the option to select a doctor does not work - it just hangs up. Please provide an alternative to contact you to book an appointment.

Yes as with all great doctors they will be busy. My experience with dr Wong was a great journey all the way, from my check up, to surgery, to my healing at home he has been great. I have not encountered any wrong from any of the staff members, they are all helpful and polite even the other doctors assistants. I have been seeing him some years now and shocked to see some of the low reviews because I have never seen any of those behaviours others talked of by the receptionist. Sometimes emergency happens he’s a dr after all. Same thing in Ontario if you are with one of the best.
