β β β β β Waiting time is at least an hour, I still donβt see the point of making an appointment when itβs not even followed in the first place. I could understand if it happens only once in a while but I have to spend ridiculously long time EVERY SINGLE TIME!

β β β β β Usually there will be long wait times but Dr Fu is very knowledgeable and caring. She is very accommodating and will refer you to the best specialists. She's the only doctor that accommodated us when we arrived here in Canada. Thank you so much!

β β β β β Rude, enjoys denigrating her patients to stroke her ego, does not care about her patients, does not follow up on important test results, referred patients to wrong specialists (see a dermatologist for an otolaryngology issue? What.), and gross disinterest in your continued well-being.
I am extremely vexed to discover my mother had this... medical license holder as her family doctor. RateMD gives a proper low score of 2.4 last I checked.

β β β β β Very very good doctor and very caring to her patients, the ONLY problem is her Receptionist! She's mean and rude and doesn't know the rule of handling customers. I don't even know why she's hired. The only thing that makes me hesitant to book an appointment everytime is her Receptionist!
