★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Downtowner is not a retirement home. It's a apt building like all other apt buildings ..it's fully rented out .The staff that works there keep it clean ,,respectful,, quite, .. and do there might to keep it safe ,, by posting sign's about covid . The building is oldest apt building in cold Lake it's over forty years old . And kept in great shape ..The rental is one of the cheapest prices for miles around ..the parking is always clean from snow. .The lawns are always shaved racked and picked up ..piknik table's always available. Small BBQ for the tenants . also kept clean .. like I mentioned it's rented out .and the staff is eager to serve the tenants ,, this way it's always full .
