★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of homeless and or street people out in the evening. A sign of homelessness and substance abuse very obvious among those loitering about. Rather sad impressions of a beautiful community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend visiting downtown. The parking sharks will ticket you the at first opportunity. We were parked for 1 hour while visiting some shops, then moved to another parking spot to eat at the Keg (2 hours). Received a ticket for 'over 3 hours' parked downtown. Apparently not allowed to visit downtown for more than 3 hours, even though we were at multiple businesses.
