Ni No was highly recommended to me when I was researching florists for my wedding...and she didn't disappoint! My bouquet was stunning, as were the bridesmaid's bouquets and I received multiple compliments on my centrepiece arrangements. Ni No is so lovely and very professional. Her flowers are beautiful and her prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ni No and Bayview Blossoms highly!!

I have used this florist twice. My second request was a little unusual - an ethnic theme birthday arrangement for an Asian friend. The person I spoke to was able to suggest flowers and colours that were appropriate and also agreed to inscribe the card with Happy Birthday written in Chinese characters. An extra effort I really appreciated. I had hoped for an inscribed ribbon as you often see those but this was a good alternative. Thank you for your help

The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were not only successfully delivered on time, but she *absolutely loved them*. I had requested 'big, 'bold', and 'colorful' with large blossoms and a couple of irises. In lieu of seeing them myself (thanks again, COVID-19 ?), I relied on the description that my Mom gave me, and her reaction. It seems that my request was understood *perfectly*. The resulting arrangement was positively wonderful and very much what I was hoping for.

If you are looking for flowers, I cannot recommend this shop more. The owner is wonderfully talented, and very accommodating. I gave her artistic freedom to create a flower arrangement for my 3 year anniversary, and she put together something that would rival a wedding bouquet. In terms of accommodation, even though it was Thanksgiving Sunday and the store was closed, she allowed me to come by and pick up the flowers. The owner puts a wonderful personal touch and makes you feel valued. Which is something that is often forgotten in the bustle of Toronto.

Fantastic prices, excellent customer service. The owner really helped me personalize the bouquet to my needs. She took her time with it, and really cared about the quality. Most definitely will go back for all my future flower needs.

Ni No Wong is one of the most creative and caring people I have ever met! She worked with me tirelessly to ensure the best result for my wedding. Her service was extremely personalized and ultra detailed. The flowers were one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. Our guests were raving about them for days and they lasted for weeks post wedding. Ni No's pricing was competitive and fair. #couldntbehappier

I LOVE IT! AMAZING SERVICE!! EDIT/UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with Kim from Bayview Blossoms, and she was kind enough to arrange and ship out a new bouquet for me. I just got the new bouquet today and it was 100% what I wanted (I know my mom will love it too!!). I just wanted to thank Kim and Bayview Blossoms again for the amazing service and for making my day! After reading all the good reviews for this store, I was excited to place an order for Mother’s Day. Although I did order quite late, I was told they can do their best as they are professionals. Therefore, I placed my trust and ordered a pink (I specifically said light pastel coloured, and close to peach coloured roses - shown on their website) with white lilies as accent flowers. Just as backup, they also asked if I was okay with pastel coloured bouquet arrangement. I was hesitant but I specially emphasized only if it's light pastel coloured with light pink roses as focus and white lilies as accent, and no purple. They said they understood, so I placed my order and paid in advance. When I got my flowers today, I was shocked at how pink the roses were (they were almost hot pink). The other flowers and leaves also looked wilted. In addition, one of the flowers is also purple in colour, when I specifically emphasized that purple would not look good with light pink roses during my call/order. The entire bouquet just looked like it was arranged together with left over flowers and does not look like it’s worth $100 (that I paid for).. you can probably get something similar or better (and cheaper) from a supermarket. All in all, I am very disappointed in my order...if the store was unable to facilitate my order with quality flowers and colour scheme, they should have not taken my order to begin with. Got a beautiful bouquet from this shop. First one the flowers wilted quickly, but they were so kind and remade a new bouquet for us. Definitely appreciated the customer service.
