★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy landowners who have been caught placing gates and blocking access to public lakes that aren't even on their property. I will never spend another penny here. Do not support this place they do nothing but bully locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From top to bottom, this ranch is misleading in the quality and comfort. I would not stay here again if I was paid to. The grounds are not kept at all, let alone well. The ramshackle amenities are absolutely nothing like the misleading pictures. There are literally rotten floorboards with actual bugs in them. I have made multiple complaints to the staff, however was met with incredible rudeness. If I was in jail I would expect my jail cell was better kept than this "ranch". You've been warned, have fun staying at what more closely resembles a motel where you pay for the rooms hourly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and some friends rented both Wasley Lake yurts for May long and they were amazing. The ranch property is beautiful and well kept with so much to see along the way. The yurts were clean and well stocked and were very comfortable. I think this will be a yearly booking for us from now on. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really know why it's here, I mean I know there's a lot of history but it seems to be set up for tourism but there's no hotel and all there is is a little store. Someone help me out here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Quilchena RV resort which is part the Douglas Lake Ranch. We drove up to the ranch and were surprised at the community at the Ranch. Quite a wonderful experience and the new RV resort is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a sign that said wildlife interest point, 15 Km so I took the detour with no idea what I was to see at the end. The km markers are clear and you pass over 3 cattle gates however before number 12 there's a sign that says "Must Call", then you're greeted with this sign that was very misleading. There's no service out there and the sign says no vehicles past this point so I turned around and left! Once in Williams Lake I looked it up and I would be curious to see what was truly at the end but I followed the rules placed since I did not have any information to go off of.
