Delivery & Driver = A+
Very accommodating
Design of SDM+ = A
Well designed for the most part. The regulator and gauge in an awkward location
Paint Quality = C-
Not great. Rattle can quality
Quality Control = D
Sharp parts that "slice" ... and rust on unfinished steel. Disappointing
Ordered on or around 2/24/22, received it 5/26/22
Biggest disappointment, Doucet customer service doesn't respond. Hermance response equally lame (but they did respond). Would I purchase from them again? Likely not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new machine and paid deposit on Feb. 1. Was told 8week delivery. Was notified when inquiring about delivery that the machine was not started and would be another 8 weeks. That time frame has past as well with no commitment of delivery as of May 30th. Going into the 18th week since PAYMENT with no commitment of delivery. These people only care about getting the deposit.
June 7th, Still no machine!
June 11th, machine shows up with out notice. Scramble to find a rigger to unload only to find out only half of the machine has arrived. No response on when the main part of machine will ship or arrive.
Absolute joke of a company!
