★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my tax info, waited a week, was called and went to pick it up, paid full price for it...no discount, and took it home...I called them back to enquire about my income tax slips and the fellow said that they keep those. I asked what if I need them? he says if there is any problem with the Revenue Canada THEY will be the ones dealing with them NOT me. That's fair I thought. They e-file your taxes, or at least they are SUPPOSED to. After waiting 2 plus months for Revenue Canada to send me my tax slip verifying the submission and wasting numerous hours on the phone I find out that my taxes have NEVER been filed. You know in order to e-file you have to have a program and then you have to pay for that program. The Revenue Canada office locally is empty...no one home and probably is only open to hand out forms. Dorothy's phone mailbox is full, but that doesn't matter because she retired...that's right...after the taxation year she left the business...now I am left with trying to get forms and re-file...I found her email address...does anyone even use AOL anymore?? VERY disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dorothy is wonderful. She does a great service to those of us who live bellow the poverty line in doing my taxes at a rock bottom rate. She helped me out big time this year with the COVID-19 closing down most low income tax places. I called her up, and got free pick up and delivery, and she does the rest of my family's taxes too. We all trust her, because we know she has a good heart. It's an amazing service for what is essentially a one woman team. If you need assistance in the tax department, low income or not, she's the best in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever do your tax file in here, they don’t ask for the consent to sent the document. Do it in a simple way. They told me they didn’t file and sent it without my consent. Now they said somebody press the button mistakenly. Very Careless!!!!!!!! Do not trust here now I have to go through all the adjustments and I have to wait for until next month
