★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheapest and most frustrating company/building to rent from and they do not care at all about tenants. Air conditioning does not get turned on until May long weekend, regardless of how hot it is outside, and suites are poorly cleaned before the next tenants move in. We have spent three months out of the six months we have lived in a “premium suite” in 78-82 degree temperatures. Customer service representatives for the building were extremely rude and dismissive, which made every issue ten times worse. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst rental experience of my life. Customer service is condescending and does not acknowledge when Boardwalk makes a mistake. Hygienic, heating, and cooling issues with a premium suite. Maintenance has to come 3-4 times before realizing that a contractor is needed, which resulted in 3 months of living in a 27 degree suite out of the six months since signing a lease. I would not recommend Dorchester Towers or Boardwalk to anyone, as the only positive feature of this building is the location.
