I contacted them, we chatted over e-mail and following Linda's advice, my partner and I submitted an application and never heard back. I tried emailing, phoning. I posted a request for follow-up on the Facebook wall. It was taken down. No response. What was wrong with our application? We deserve the courtesy to know.
K	Katie Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. We tried to purchase a puppy and expressed concerns about allergies and barely got any replies. We sent in 2 puppy applications and never heard back. Also read articles about how they treat their puppies poorly. Not a good experience from us.

M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a puppy that was listed as 25 pounds which would be ideal for our family having small kids. So we trusted that she has over 20 years experience. Instead we have a 38 pound dog (clearly not a mini), so the general impression is that it's anything to make a buck.
K	Kayla Cardoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience with this breeder, we put our deposit down and dint hear from her till one day before getting the pup. We tried calling on the phone through emails there was no response at all. My posts on her FB page asking details about contact or the puppy were all pulled down with no contact made. We are happy to have a pup, but the waiting with no correspondence was not a good experience especially after putting down a deposit. Even when we met the breeder she left us to talk on the phone hardly interacted with us. We were left with the puppy and her son who had no idea about the details. Just there to make a buck doesn't care for anything else.
J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responding to M S, any dog can be larger or smaller than "estimated". 38 lbs. is still categorized as a small dog and weight being an issue will likely not be as important as time goes by :) Our first dog from Linda was medium and clocked in at exactly 50-55 lbs. for most of her life and she could have turned out to be 80 lbs. and it wouldn't have been a big deal with all the happiness she gave us.

They have such sweet dispositions and are simply adorable. If you’re thinking of getting a puppy, I highly recommend Linda and her Labradoodles!
P	Peter Mmxi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid a deposit for a standard (large) goldendoodle at Doodlelane at the start of the summer of 2021 - Linda said her next litter of goldendoodles would be a standard (large) size. They turned out to be mid-size, so we asked for our deposit back. We tried to contact her numerous times and she didn’t take or return our calls. She wouldn’t answer our emails either, just to get status updates on the puppies, even prior to asking for the money back, The answering machine would only answer with a click. So we are out the money and Linda is richer. Very bad and untrustworthy business practise. This would have been our second puppy from Doodlelane, our first one was great. We don’t know what happened, since 13 years ago we had a good experience. Don’t risk your money here, go somewhere else. We ended up finding an amazing goldendoodle puppy at Belmont Doodles, near Peterborough.
