B	Branden Dockery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️Renters beware⚠️ Renters beware property owners are scumbags and the rent out units that are unfinished also had flood damage from previous renters property owner causing mold!.. (this has happened to multiple people that have moved into these buildings!.) the owner is Bobby nicalek I forget his wife's name but she has blond hair... ( they are both involved with scamming people.) We took them to small claims court and won and they still have not paid us what they owe and it's been over a few years!.. Please do not rent from them? Please share this to prevent others from I'm moving in and getting into a situation like this or if you know someone that lives in there please share this with them as the building could be affecting their health

F	Fleshn Blood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In ALL HONESTY , these buildings are the definition of SLUMS!! Each building needs to be renovated head to toe. And have needed to be probably about 15yrs. ago . No problems in your unit will EVER be rectified. The owners told me, directly...you knew what it was when u rented it. I replied that I'd be calling the landlord/tenant bureau. She says, "good luck!"....i mean?? Are you kiddin me?? 1 man looks after all 4 buildings , aside from young kids they "hire" to reno apts between tenants. Any renos that have been done are HORRENDOUS! Tell your family/friends to tell there family/friend's to avoid this place by any means...
L	Last First on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is horrible! My apt. Is in serious need of repair. Made repair requests several times, nothing done. Interior of building hasn't been cleaned in months. Pile of dog feces in hallway, not cleaned for 5days. Have spoken with other tenets....owners are known to be VERY cheap. One man is supposed to take care of 5 buildings! Lol??. Tell friends to steer clear of these slums.
C	Christy Bentley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have given my experience no stars I would have. The person who takes applications and shows the apartments was rude and ignorant. We arranged a time to view. Came on lunch break because they only show during THEIR work times and won't accomodate those who work past six o'clock. We were on time and when we called to let them know we had arrived were told she was at the bank and would be five seconds and she would be right there. We waited twenty five minutes and couldn't wait any longer had to go back to work. The only response was that she needed to do what SHE had to do. No regard for the fact we had used the entire lunch break waiting and didn't get to view. Wouldn't even give us an application. Said we had to stay and do the covid screening even though we weren't entering the building. We will be looking elsewhere. Even though the price is reasonable the experience wasn't worth it
