★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time going to Icon Nails and have to say, the service was amazing. The place was super clean and everyone was really polite.. Additionally, my nail lady was incredibly detailed when she shaped my nails - Patience and manner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend coming here. I asked for a set of acrylic nails and the nail tech seemed like she was in a rush to finish. I asked for coffin shape and half of the nails just look square. The top of the nails are bumpy and uneven. She put two coats of gel colour on top and seemed annoyed that I asked for a third coat - which they desperately needed. Only a few days after I have had these done and I need to get these redone somewhere else. This place is not worth your money - there are many other great salons in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think this place is good for those with natural nails looking for a regular manicure.
Our service was rushed, and not good at all. The manicurist was not paying any attention to the job and we had to constantly remind her to file and cut cuticles.
Something was wrong with my polish and it was bubbling up, and when I asked the lady working on my hands to re-apply the polish, she just applied a coat on top if it, creating a big mess that took forever to dry.
The top coat was applied very messy and left a line.
I'm sure their artificial nails are good, but they are not very good with natural nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into the area and found this nail salon on a walk one day. Went in for a Mani Pedi and havent stopped going since. Both Nancy and Tracy are such lovely people, they are both very professional and so talented! I never leave disappointed and the prices are so reasonable! Thanks for the continued amazing nail service! I 100% highly highly recommend this spot! Enjoy! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in last minute in the early afternoon with a girlfriend for pedicures and I was so glad they were able to accommodate us.
Nancy was amazing and gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She was so sweet and attentive, and I really enjoyed our conversation.
This is my new go-to place for pedis, they have a huge selection of colours, and I have also gotten a manicure with here gels before and they did a fabulous job then too!

I’m not typically one to get gel nails as I’ve had a few bad experiences at other locations within Vancouver however, the service and finished product have left me going to become a frequent visitor/ regular here.
