★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, great atmosphere, but very poor service. Do not offer a service you do not have the expertise to perform. Specifically a beard trim. I usually go to a barber in the city, however wished to patronize a local business. Worst Beard trim ever. Uneven, lopsided and too short due to repeatedly trying to even lengths out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my 2nd haircut with Katelyn (spelling?), And I think they are the best hair cuts I've ever had. I had 1 in the city in between and it was more money for a lesser cut. Also, she doesn't charge enough for such a good job, so book an appointment before she realizes that! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Salon is next level forward thinking. When they were forced to close due to COVID, they immediately began offering ‘diy’ color kits. The owner, Karen, includes step by step instructions AND offers to FACETIME if you’re unsure of anything. The customer service far surpasses any other Salon I’ve ever been in (and I’ve been to a lot until Done opened)
If you’re looking for a place to support during this gong show pandemic, I recommend them all the way. #donehairskinandnails

Caitlin has been doing my hair for a few years now and she is hands down one of the most talented hair stylists out there ! She gets it right EVERY time and I am so thankful there is such an amazing salon here in Niverville!
