★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This just in. After my daughter’s karate, I called to order a large pizza, half pepperoni and half Hawaiian on our way home. I went to pick it up and as I paid I recognized that it wasn’t Hawaiian because of the lack of cheese (I love cheese) . So I asked, “doesn’t Hawaiian have double cheese?” He replied “no it has extra cheese”. I recognized that we were saying the same thing and showed him what they had given me. He then proceeded to tell me that I had only ordered ham and pineapple -____- who orders just ham and pineapple (no offence)! So he said he’d have to make a new pizza and charge me the difference. At that point it wasn’t even about the cheese it was just the trash customer service. I asked for my money back and left. There’s a pizza shop a couple of streets down. Happy to say I did get my pizza, the way I like it lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't understand how there can be so many negative reviews. I have been using this location exclusively ever since Cafe Havana closed (sadly) and have never had a problem. The ingredients are tasty and the pizzas have always been perfectly cooked, with a single minor exception when it was a bit under done. And importantly to me, double cheese really is double (OK triple is more like 2.5, but whatever). I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst domino's store i have ever visited. Ordered TRIPLE cheese pizza and told the store manager before he start doing my order and still end up getting normal cheese amount. I went back to the store and the store manger was very RUDE and insisted that this pizza has the correct tripple cheese amount. He raised his voice, refused to take his bad pizza and told me make whatever complaints u want.
Domino's pizza please make sure you have good customer service Representatives and well trained bakers before you lose more customers.
